Social media scheduling

The best tools for scheduling social media posts

When it comes to marketing and social media, time is of the essence.

To maximize your social media management, it’s best to set aside 1-2 hours all at once to gather content and schedule. That way during the week you are only focusing on interaction, answering questions and serving your audience.

When you batch your activities by doing content creation and scheduling for the whole week at once, you’ll be more productive in the long run and have more time to be…social!

I have a few favorite tools for scheduling my social media:

Sprout Social (affiliate link): What I love about sprout is that you can schedule Facebook, Twitter and Google+ at the same time. In addition, their reporting feature is amazing. My clients love being able to see their full stats and breakdown of demographics. It’s easy for us to pull top posts to understand what the audience loves and what they want more of. This now also give notifications for Instagram profiles so you can monitor that from the dashboard as well.

Facebook Scheduler: Scheduling posts from right inside your Facebook page is always a good route to go. It’s easy to understand and you can see exactly how the post is going to be laid out in the scheduler.

Post Planner (affiliate link): I am in love with post planner for finding viral content and engaging content. Their system does all of the leg work for you by finding images, post, articles and more that are trending. You can repost and schedule right from their system which is an app inside of Facebook. Postso.com: I use this tool for scheduling Instagram posts. Yes, you can schedule Instagram posts from your desktop! This tool also schedules pins on Pinterest.

I definitely want to add that social only works when YOU are social. So even though I am encouraging you to schedule content ahead of time, you still need to be establishing a relationship with your fans and followers.

You will get back the amount of love that you put into it.

If you have any other tools to add that you love, let me know in the comments below!
