Refund and Exchange Policy

Disclaimer/No Guaranty: Client understands that Heart Centered Social (HCS) is not a financial analyst, expert, or advisor, employment agent or business manager. HCS has not promised and shall not be obligated to procure or attempt to procure business, sales, or employment for the Client, or perform business management functions such as accounting services, advice on tax matters, or advising on the investment of funds in any particular product or tool. Client further understands that there are no guarantees as to the progress or outcomes that may result from the services.

We have made every effort to accurately describe the program and its potential. As advertising is a dynamic system with many variables, we cannot and do not guarantee any result, monetary or otherwise. The success of each campaign depends upon many factors.

While HCS is absolutely convinced that you will derive great benefits from this service, We of course cannot represent or guarantee that you will attain a certain level of sales, profits or earnings as a result of this service. By joining one of our programs, you acknowledge that as with any business venture, there is an inherent risk of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result of our services.

Further, Facebook and its ads platform is a dynamic and ever changing software platform that has been known to terminate client ad accounts without notice even when all ads have been in line with Facebook terms of service. If your ad account should happen to be shut down while under our care, there will be no refund of the current or prior months service fees and your Facebook ads agreement and your payments with HCS will be placed on hold for up to 90 days while you work with Facebook to have your account re-instated. We will advise you of steps to take to get your account reinstated but cannot guarantee any outcome.

Cancellation: We are committed to providing all clients with a positive experience. Should you wish to market or promote products, services or programs that a) violate Facebook terms or b) in our sole discretion are deemed hateful or inappropriate, we reserve the right to terminate services without a refund.
