What I’m thankful for + how to have more gratitude in your life & business

As I get ready to jump into the kitchen to start preparing my yummy dishes for Thanksgiving in the US, I am filled with thoughts of gratitude and happiness. I deeply feel so blessed to have you in my life. My community means the world to me! Every like, share, comment and words of encouragement that you send me are what keep me going! For that I want to truly thank you!

I want to know, what does gratitude mean to you?

To me gratitude means living my life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much I’ve been given.

Research actually shows that gratitude heightens quality of life and giving thanks makes people happier, who would have thought!

Below I share with you what I am grateful for this Thanksgiving and my favorite tools that has added more gratitude into my life and has helped me to manifest more abundance.

One of my favorite exercises to increase my gratitude is to write out what I am thankful for in a journal, try it! Write down 5-10 things you are grateful for. After you have written them down, read over them out-loud and really feel the gratitude inside your body and heart.

I also do this exercise for things that have not yet happened! This is a concept similar to the Law Of Attraction. By visualizing and feeling the emotions that you have already achieved it, helps you to manifest what you desire. It truly works!
